Subscription & Billing

This page explains the subscription requirements for using Takumi Pentesting and how to view invoices.
Required Subscription
Takumi Pentesting requires an active base subscription. If the subscription is cancelled, the assessment features become unavailable.

Billing Cycle
The base subscription is billed on a monthly cycle anchored to the date the subscription started. The subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing period (prepaid), and the credits available for that period are granted to your organization at the same time.
If you exhaust your credit balance and want to run additional assessments, upgrade the subscription tier or pre-purchase additional credits. The assessment features have no concept of after-the-fact "overage"; consumption never exceeds the credits already granted to the organization.
Payment is processed automatically through Stripe using the payment method registered with your base subscription.
If you pay by invoice or bank transfer, the billing timeline may differ. Contact your account manager for details.
Viewing Invoices
Invoices can be viewed in the Stripe customer portal. Open the customer portal from Settings > Takumi in the Shisho Cloud console.
Changing the Billing Recipient or Payment Method
The billing recipient (company name on the invoice) and the payment method can be changed from the Stripe customer portal. Updates take effect on invoices issued after the change.
We cannot change the billing recipient on invoices that have already been issued. Make sure the recipient is correct before the next billing date.
