Vulnerability Response SLA (planned)
The English user guide is currently in beta preview. Most of the documents have been automatically translated from the Japanese version. Should you find any inaccuracies, please reach out to Flatt Security.
Vulnerability response SLAs are not currently provided. They are planned for a paid plan around August 2026. The following is a preview of the planned offering.
A vulnerability response SLA is an agreement that defines how quickly vulnerability fixes are delivered. Takumi Images plans to provide this as part of a paid plan.
SLA scope
The SLA is planned to apply only to images provided under the paid plan. However, images that are currently free will continue to be updated frequently and can still be used with patches applied; see Reduced Vulnerability Response Work. The presence or absence of an SLA does not change the technical mechanism or update cadence. It changes whether the response time is guaranteed as a contractual commitment.
