This page explains the subscription requirements for using Takumi Runner and how to view invoices. If you use Takumi Runner through the cicd-sensor integration, a free tier is available. For details on the free tier, see Pricing.
Required Subscriptions
To use Takumi Runner, the following two requirements must be met:
Takumi Subscription
Takumi Runner is provided as part of Takumi. An active base subscription is required. If the base subscription is cancelled, Runner will no longer be available (except for the free tier through the cicd-sensor integration).

Explicit Usage-Based Subscription Activation
Subscribing to Takumi alone does not trigger Runner billing. To use Runner, you must explicitly activate the usage-based subscription from Runner > Settings in the Shisho Cloud console.
Until activation, no workflows will be assigned to Takumi Hosted Runner and no charges will be incurred. The cicd-sensor integration is also treated as the free tier, so trace logs are no longer accepted once the usage limit is reached, and no charges are incurred for it either.
Billing Cycle
Runner usage fees are aggregated per base subscription billing period and invoiced within 3 days after the billing period ends.
Viewing Invoices
Invoices can be viewed in the Stripe customer portal. Access the customer portal from the link in Settings > Takumi in the Shisho Cloud console.
