# Cancelling your Takumi Plan

You can cancel your Takumi subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Please follow the steps below.

## Cancellation Process

1.  **Navigate to the Settings screen.**

    - Go to [Settings] > [Takumi] in the menu to find the link to the subscription management screen.

2.  **Open the Customer Portal.**

    - Click the "Review Billing & Subscription" button in the settings screen.
    - This will open the Stripe Customer Portal, which handles payment processing.

3.  **Review your current plan and select cancel.**

    - When the Customer Portal opens, you will see your current subscription plan.
    - Click the "Cancel Subscription" button in the section for your plan.
      - Note: The exact wording may vary slightly as the Stripe portal display may be updated.

4.  **Completion of Cancellation Reservation**
    - When you see the text "Cancel on (end date of billing period)" in the Stripe portal, your cancellation reservation is complete.
    - Your Takumi plan will be canceled after the last day of the current billing period.

## Service Usage After Cancellation Reservation

- Even after completing the cancellation procedure, **you can continue to use the service until the end of the billing period.**
- After cancellation, all remaining credit balances will expire, and you will no longer be able to use Takumi, even if you had available credits.
- If you want to restart a canceled plan, you will need to subscribe again.

### Canceling Your Cancellation Reservation

- You can cancel your cancellation reservation before the end date of the billing period by selecting "Renew Subscription" in the Stripe portal.
