# Optimization with Parameters

Flatt Security workflows can be customized with parameters.

## Example: `resource_exception`

The `resource_exception` parameter allows you to exclude all resources from inspection.
For inspection items that support this parameter, you can exclude them without checking the policy code details.

## Other Special Parameters

In addition to `resource_exception`, there are other special parameters.
Refer to the details page of each workflow or the parameter definitions described in the `with` key of the workflow manifest.
